Hi, I've just sumbled upon the following error:

error: failed to prepare transaction (could not satisfy dependencies)
:: installing libelf (0.189-1) breaks dependency 'libelf=0.188' required by debuginfod

Did you check if debuginfod has been build by ALHP at the point of your upgrade attempt? Seems like I can't reproduce this with elfutils 0.189-1.1.

I just had to ignore the deps with --ignore and wait to update them after some time. Don't have clue how did Pacman managed to break itself.
