Many packages was built with icu 72 and they didn't get updated after the icu 73 update, so they were broken.
Error message:
error while loading shared libraries: libicui18n.so.72: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

As you can see on the package status page, the rebuild is still ongoing. Have a little patience, big rebuilds take a while.
