Can't upgrade due to harfbuzz-icu

Greetings!!! I'm having a problem with an upgrade due to harfbuzz-icu "stuck" on the icu update. Am I just not seeing it? harfbuzz-icu is required by the new version of libreoffice-fresh.

I understand that icu is in the build cycle...what I am pointing to is that harfbuzz-icu, which is required by several things (gspell, freerdp, raptor, libphonenumber & libreoffice-fresh) is not noted in building.
