icu package has invalid version #280

The icu package in the official repos has been updated to version 78.1-1, and I waited for it to build in the core v3 repo, but after building it says that ALHP version is 76.1-1.1

it still has to be uploaded and mirrors have to be synced.
The build cycle still has 43 packages to go for that to be done.
You can expect it about 10-15 minutes after the ALHP version and the Arch version match on the status page.
