Expac needs rebuild (blacklist?) #39

After enabling the ALHP repos, the version of expac that was downloaded threw the following error:

expac: error while loading shared libraries: libalpm.so.12: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

The current version of libalpm.so is libalpm.so.13. Given that this changes along with upgrades to pacman, might be worth considering blacklisting expac. Otherwise, rebuilding expac against the current version of libalpm is required.
