libqrtr-glib error #5

i got this error running pacman -Syu for the first time

erreur : échec de récupération du fichier « libqrtr-glib-1.0.0-1.1-x86_64.pkg.tar.zst.sig » depuis alhp.harting.dev : 
avertissement : erreur lors de la récupération de certains fichiers
erreur : la validation de la transaction a échoué (erreur de la bibliothèque de téléchargement)
Des erreurs se sont produites, aucun paquet n’a été mis à jour.

(sorry for the french it bassicaly says that it failed to get libqrtr-glib-1.0.0-1.1-x86_64.pkg.tar.zst.sig)

so i reran with LAND=en_US to get the error in english this time. and instead of the errror i got this: libqrtr-glib-1.0.0-1.1-x86_64 is up to date

i have no idea if this is important or if i should just ignore this issue.
