Going through the history, I noticed that alhp.panibrez.com seems to be up again (and in sync). @plexman seems to have deleted the account here, still, would it make sense to add the mirror again? https://www.gardling.com/alhp/ is a mirror that was also used in the past and seems reachable (#7) but somehow with an empty index.

Hi guys, sorry for the downtime period. It was because of shitty ISP router, but I found the way to solve it. The mirror have been up for some time now because I use it as main repository for my servers but I did't have the time to do a pull request. I will continue to host it forever, so feel free to add it to mirror list again.
