pages.it/*: update path placeholders and "directory" translations (#9031)

- Replace "al" -> "del", "alla" -> "della", etc. in command paths
- Replace all instances of "cartella" with "directory"
- Update contributing-guides/translation-templates/common-arguments.md to
  reflect these changes
