Prepare for open source release under GPLv3
- Add GPLv3 LICENSE file
- Add CONTRIBUTING.md with guidelines
- Update README: remove Play Store section, add license and contributing refs
- Fix feature graphic (remove grid lines, replace Waybar chip with No root)
