Improve config documentation

Done, please have a look. I'm no expert in PID control mechanism, but I tried my best.

If you feel something is not quite right I'm happy to accept a pull request as well.

Go on 'Files changed' tag above, you'll see it's still there. You need to push your changes to your git repo, otherwise they won't show up. See git status.
