Packages hanging in built - state, not being moved into the repos

Nicely spotted. Must have skipped them when I was cleaning up after an oom from onnxruntime. Fixed with the next cycle.

Graphviz not working in x86-64-v4

I have removed graphviz for now, until we can figure out where the problem lies.
