Build server not syncing with upstream?

Good point. Seems like sh4d0wup blocked the build process. I solved that, builds for newer packages should start soon.

A few packages for the v3 mirrors are not being built

This is weird indeed. Even if they failed they should have been removed from the repo. I'll investigate why that happened. In the meantime I requeued most of the affected packages.
