Thanks for the helpful info. I think I could narrow it down: Seems like the high latency to the SEA/China POPs caused a cache invalidation issue for the databases and signatures.

Hi! You probably saw a desync between db's and signatures on the CDN. This was most likely not a signing problem but a cache invalidation one.

The lib32-rust-libs package is a split package of rust: https://archlinux.org/packages/extra/x86_64/rust/ and will be rebuild when the base package is anyways.

no worries. Something seems to have gone wrong though - rust 1:1.89.0-1.2 still produces the error, and the status page shows that it is still an LTO build.
