ALHP seems to be up-to-date on Plasma/KDE, so this is probalby not it. Did you try downgrading to normal repos to see if this fixes it? If not your problem is not related to ALHP. If it does fix…

Adding IPFS-cluster based mirror

The next release includes the .ipfs and a hint in the mirror file. I plan to release this sometime tomorrow.
