I'm on it. ALHP exited unclean, leaving the db like that. I'm already working on changing the signing/moving process, so that should not happen anymore.
I queued a rebuild, but there are still some packages building, so its going to take a while.
Should be version 0.23.1-2.2 then.

Maybe when a number of packages need to be rebuilt at once for the same reason, hold the packages from the repo until all of the queued builds complete?…
Please have a little patience, the python 3.10 rebuild affected >1000 packages, they are not build on one hour. Not even python itself is build yet.
