- Add Usage section grouping Keyboard Shortcuts, Alerts, Log Viewer
- Consolidate Multi-Device Setup with step-by-step guide
- Move Deployment before Development (more relevant for users)
- Collapse API Reference tables with <details> for cleaner reading
- Add new troubleshooting entry for agent connection issues

Structure improvements:
- Updated navigation links to match new sections
- Removed outdated Multi-Host content (replaced by agent architecture)
- Simplified Configuration section
- More concise Project Structure
- Consistent use of collapsible sections for optional/detailed content
