removing rm /var/lib/pacman/sync/x86-64-v3. and reinstalling manually alhp-keyring did it for me. Thanks!

I just had to ignore the deps with --ignore and wait to update them after some time. Don't have clue how did Pacman managed to break itself.

If anyone is here wondering how to fix their system, here's what worked for me

  • Go to a tty
  • If you don't have pacman-static installed (most probably not), download a binary package…

Yes, but I had to manually "downgrade" the package from 2.3.0-1.1 (the version in ALHP community) to 2.3.0-1 by reinstalling the package
